What wasn't working
Indian property buyers are routed through brokers, pay commission, and spend weeks coordinating site visits across multiple sellers.
On the other side, builders, owners and brokers spend heavily on lead generation, then lose most of those leads because follow-up is manual and inconsistent — nobody calls fast enough, and no one nurtures a lead that is not ready today.
The result is a slow, leaky, expensive funnel with no shared system of record between buyer and seller.
How we tackled it
Start from the buyer promise — 0% commission — and design the whole funnel backwards from a booked, guided site visit.
Automate every repetitive step a human team would otherwise do: creating ads, capturing leads, calling them, qualifying them, following up, and keeping the builder informed.
Build it as one connected system — a public marketplace, role-based dashboards, and an embedded real-estate CRM/ERP — rather than a listing site bolted onto spreadsheets.
What we built
- A commission-free marketplace where buyers browse verified listings, shortlist, and book guided site visits at 0% brokerage.
- Auto-generated property ad creatives published across social media for every listing — no designer or marketer in the loop.
- An Agentic AI voice bot ("Aiva") that calls every new lead, understands their needs, qualifies them, books site visits, and follows up on its own.
- Multi-channel nurture across voice, WhatsApp and chatbots so no lead goes cold, with emotion / buyer-intent tracking and lead scoring.
- A provider dashboard for builders, owners and brokers with lead management, a visit calendar, real-time alerts and a built-in real-estate ERP.
- A Flutter mobile app mirroring the buyer and provider dashboards, with real-time chat and in-app calling.
