Who Uses It

Does it book appointments into my calendar?
Not directly. It takes the request, such as a site visit, a demo or a consultation, with the time the caller prefers, and saves it as a lead. Your team then confirms the slot with the caller.
Can I hear the agent before my customers do?
Yes. Talk to it in your browser for free as often as you like. Nothing reaches your customers until you switch the agent live.
Is it legal to make AI calls to my leads?
Call only people who agreed to hear from your business, and follow the telemarketing rules of the country you call, such as TRAI rules in India. The dashboard asks you to confirm consent before each campaign, keeps to your calling hours and stops calling anyone who says no.
What happens when my call credit runs out?
Your agent stops taking and making phone calls until you top up. The dashboard warns you first, at a level you choose. Browser tests keep working.
