What wasn't working
Schools, tuition centres and coaching institutes run on a patchwork of paper registers, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and generic SaaS that they do not own or control.
Fees, attendance, timetables, assignments and report cards live in different places, so parents are out of the loop and staff repeat manual work every term.
Most "school software" is rented SaaS on a shared domain — institutions wanted their own software, on their own brand, that they could customise.
How we tackled it
Deliver it as the institution's own software on its own domain — not multi-tenant SaaS — so each school owns its brand and data.
Model the full academic operating loop: admissions → attendance → fees → timetable → assignments → report cards → communication.
Give every stakeholder a purpose-built dashboard, then close the loop with parents through online payments, digital signatures and view-tracking.
What we built
- Admissions, class/section management, daily attendance and academic-year records in one system.
- Online fee payments via Razorpay / UPI QR with invoices, dues and receipts.
- Timetables, assignments and submissions, plus report cards that parents acknowledge with a digital signature from their phone.
- Recorded video classes alongside free government classes (NCERT, SWAYAM, DIKSHA, PM eVIDYA).
- Viewed / Not-Viewed tracking so teachers know which parents have seen attendance, report cards and notices, plus popup notifications and automatic birthday wishes.
- Dedicated dashboards for admins, teachers, parents and students, with an optional branded Android / iOS app per institution.
Where it stands today

- Each institution gets its own software on its own domain — not shared SaaS — and can be customised to how it works.
- The full academic loop is digitised: admissions, attendance, online fees, timetables, assignments and signed report cards.
