TAs Mexilet expands and improves we might make changes in our policies, so we will be updating the changes with users. By installing BookPropertyVisit Builders App/ using Mexilet's website you automatically give us your consent to collect, store and use the information provided by you to us.

We may make changes in our privacy policy at any time without any prior notification. You will have to periodically review our policy page to keep yourself updated about any changes. This Privacy Policy shall apply uniformly to Mexilet desktop website, Mexilet mobile WAP site & BookPropertyVisit Builders mobile applications.

Information We Collect From You

When you install BookPropertyVisit Builders App, you are required to provide the following information for the registration/login process/in-app purchase.

Personal Details

• Name: We will collect your name when signing up in the mobile app. We will store this information and share it with our company and affiliates.
• Mobile Number: We verify the mobile number provided by you by sending verification SMS (OTP).The mobile number provided by you is used for all communication with our team members and other participants in our network.The mobile number provided by you is also used for the support team in helping you in case of any queries raised by you.The mobile number provided by you is also used to send you account-related notifications and offers occasionally.
• Email Address: The email address provided by you is used to send service alerts (your account-related communication & notifications).The email address provided by you will be verified. We will send you a verification email, this is to detect fraud/ unauthorized usage of the BookPropertyVisit Builders app/other Services.We will send you commercial or marketing messages from time to time, with an option to unsubscribe in each email. We will stop sending you any further emails if you choose to unsubscribe from these messages.
• Payment Details: We will store the payment details for the in-app purchases.All information collected from you by Mexilet is required to offer you the best services. Without all details provided by you, our services and some features cannot perform. Mexilet will use your information to maintain and improve our services and to develop new services.On registering with BookPropertyVisit Builders App, we will contact you from time to time to notify you about our lead updates in BookPropertyVisit Builders App or to complete your personal/company information details to help you use BookPropertyVisit Builders App. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you explicitly give us consent to use your information as described in this privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the BookPropertyVisit Builders app.

• Company Name: We will collect the Name of the company when signing up in the mobile app. We will store this information and share to our company and affiliates.
• Company Contact Number: We verify the mobile number provided by you by sending verification SMS (OTP).The mobile number provided by you is used for all communication with our team members and other participants in our network.The mobile number provided by you is also used for the support team in helping you in case of any queries raised by you.The mobile number provided by you is also used to send you account-related notifications and offers occasionally.Your contact number will be shared with customers/leads to communicate the project details. You can set a Primary number that will be shared with leads and marketing communications.
• Email Address: The email address provided by you is used to send service alerts (your account-related communication & notifications).The email address provided by you will be verified. We will send you a verification email, this is to detect fraud/ unauthorized usage of the BookPropertyVisit Builders app/other Services.We will send you commercial or marketing messages from time to time, with an option to unsubscribe in each email. We will stop sending you any further emails if you choose to unsubscribe from these messages.
• Project Details: The project details submitted by you will be published to online media for advertisements and also be shared with leads requesting the property details. You can change this option in the mobile app at any time.The information captured from you may be obtained from third-party tracking services. This information is used to provide the best services to you, improve our services, add new services, stop fraud and unauthorized use of our BookPropertyVisit Builders App and for other purposes. All information is only captured after your explicit permissions.

1. Device & account information

   We collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number and account information on the phone).

   How we use this information: Mexilet uses this information to stop fraud & unauthorized usage of our services. Your device level information is also used in tracking your activity on BookPropertyVisit Builders app for various actions.

2. Your Log information

   When you use BookPropertyVisit Builders App, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:

   • Information regarding how you used our app.
   • We read your SMS Messages only for the purpose of OTP verification & to provide relevant offers based upon your interest.
   • Internet protocol address.
   • Device details such as app crashes, system activity, hardware settings, the date and time of your request and referral URL.
   • Cookies to uniquely identify your browser or your Mexilet’s Account.

   How we use this information: We read your SMS messages only for the purpose of your mobile number verification at the time of signup. We do not read or store any other messages on your mobile except verification SMS sent by Mexilet. We may also read promotional and transactional SMS sent by Mexilet only.

3. Location information

   When you use Mexilet services, we may collect and process information about your location. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may, for example, provide Mexilet with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and cell towers.

   How we use this information: We use your location details to improve our services and serve you with location-based features like route tracking, and others.

4. Local device storage

   Mexilet may collect and store information locally on your device such as application data, caches.

   How we use this information: The stored information on your device is used to maintain your login session on Mexilet. This information may also be used from time to time to sync with Mexilet servers and to serve you Ads that we provide to you within the app.

5. Cookies

   Mexilet and its partners use different technologies to collect and store information from you when you visit Mexilet website or use our App, and this may include using cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device.

   How we use this information: Information collected from cookies and other technologies is used to improve your experience and the overall quality of our App. We use multiple tools & 3rd party services like Google Analytics etc.

Information we share

We have made all the necessary efforts to keep all your details safe. We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of Mexilet & its partner companies unless one of the following circumstances applies:

1. With your consent: By installing BookPropertyVisit Builders app you agree to our privacy policy. You also provide us with your consent to share your device-level information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Mexilet for analytics and marketing purposes (include the sale of their product or services).
2. For external processing: Based on our instructions our affiliates or other trusted businesses or individuals process information we share with them for us. We do take appropriate confidentiality and security measures as per compliance with our Privacy Policy.
3. For legal reasons: Mexilet might share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals working directly or indirectly for Mexilet.

We may share non-personally identifiable information with our partners like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services. Personally identifiable information may be transferred as an asset in connection with a merger or sale (including any transfers made as part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding) involving all or part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale, or other change in control.

1. Links to third party sites/services: At Mexilet Site/ App you will find links to other websites or apps. Such sites have their own respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. If you click on those links and visit those websites, then you will be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. Mexilet policy may differ from ours. If you can’t find the privacy policy on visiting any of these sites via a link from the site’s homepage, you should contact the site directly for more information.
2. Information Security: Mexilet has security measures in place in order to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
3. Permissions that we require: BookPropertyVisit Builders Android App requires the following permissions from you to perform normally on your device.
   • Device & app history – Retrieve currently running apps on your device.
   • Identity – Find accounts on your device.
   • Contacts – Read your contacts (Phone Numbers & Emails) and associate them with your Mexilet Account.
   • Location – Get the precise location of your device and associate it with your Mexilet account. We will be accessing the background location for the map route location feature.
   • Call log – For smooth functioning of Prediction, Report features. We store call duration and call frequency to analyze conversion possibility with this feature only if the contact number is matching in our lead contact number. We never record any personal calls.
   • SMS – To send OTP SMS for Mexilet signup and registration process. We may also use it for Analytics, Marketing & Targeting purposes.
   • Photos/Media/Files & Storage Access – We only read and access various files stored by BookPropertyVisit Builders app on your device to keep the performance optimized.
   • Other Permissions such as: Receive data from the Internet, full network access, control vibration, run at start-up, modify system settings – We use these services to give our users the best possible experience on Mexilet and improve our services from time to time.
4. Refund Policy: Payment on lead purchases (Buy leads) will not be refunded as per the company policy. We don’t guarantee any conversion/sales on purchased leads. Hence you can submit a complaint in the report option in the app/ website for an exchange of leads. Our team will be analyzing the purchase and will consider replacement depending on the circumstance.
5. Return Policy: All sales are final. We will not accept returns for any purchases made through any of our online platforms. We share information in the form of leads/contact details hence it is not possible for returns. If you are not satisfied with the lead and /or have any complaints please contact our customer support/business development executives for the best course of action. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase. You can submit this using our application report option.
